REFUNDS AND RETURNS

CHANGE OF MIND

At Texas Radio we are happy to accept a return, exchange, or issue a credit note in accordance with the following conditions:

  • Will exchange or issue a credit note within 14 days of receiving purchase.
  • Upon returning the garment, you must provide a ‘proof of purchase’, therefore being a tax invoice, credit or bank card statement, or order confirmation email.
  • Garments returned must be in new condition and unworn to be accepted as a return. Tags must remain attached to the garment.
  • All shoes are to be tried on a carpeted surface before wear.  The shoe Box it came in and other packaging must accompany the garments.
  • $30 per item re-stock fee, unless its just a size swap, No Fee.

SALE ITEMS

Sale items cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you notice a garment is faulty, please notify us immediately.

TEXAS RADIO GIFT VOUCHER

  • The Voucher cannot be redeemed for cash. 
  • Gift Vouchers can be redeemed only at Texas Radio in-store and on our online store
